Martyr Bilal Abu Samaan.
Bilal was a physical education teacher at the International American School in Gaza and a volunteer in humanitarian initiatives. He was a father to three children: Husam, Youssef, and Ayoush.
On December 17, 2023, while volunteering to rescue the victims of Israeli airstrikes and provide assistance, Bilal was martyred. He was martyred while performing a great humanitarian role.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
