The martyr, Diaa Abu Hamida.
He was an ambitious young man who was trying to build a future for his small family. He got married in March 2021 and had a child named Bana. He was beloved among his friends and family, and he had a strong bond with his daughter.
He was a loving father to his young daughter, Bana, who was one and a half years old. She was his only child and the beloved of the family. He described her as “the first princess, the first happiness, and the first beautiful feeling.”
The occupation killed Diaa, his wife, and their daughter Bana in a massacre in the Al-Maghazi neighborhood, along with more than 20 members of the family.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
