Hadeel Saleh, the sister of the martyr Hala who resides in Britain, says that her sister, the martyr Hala, was like everyone else in Gaza, having dreams she sought to achieve. Hala was a woman who struggled in her life, exceptional in everything, and her dreams were vast. For example, she worked in an insurance company, but she dreamed of becoming a journalist. She also wrote poetry and children’s stories, starting with the idea of creating a WhatsApp group aimed at exchanging books and ideas. Hala was also known for her humanity, volunteering to read stories to children in “Champions” , the well-known resort for families in Gaza. She also recorded some passages of her favorite books with her voice.

As for her daughter, the martyr Maimuna, she adored art and studied it at university. She was looking forward to finishing her university stage to travel to America or Britain to continue her art studies there.

Regarding the second daughter, the martyr Habiba, she was full of joy and talented in crafting handmade accessories. Habiba had a strong personality and dreamt of becoming a lawyer in the future.

Hala, Maimuna, and Habiba were martyred in an Israeli airstrike on their home on 25/10/2023, and with their martyrdom, their high aspirations and dreams also died.
