Islam, the innocent and beautiful child, was the first joy to his parents. He was the beloved and spoiled child of the family. Wherever he was, he filled the place with happiness through his childish movements and his light-heartedness.
At the age of two and a half, he was born on the first day of the aggression on Gaza in 2021, and he ascended as a martyr during the ongoing aggression. His small body remained under the rubble for three days.
On October 24, 2023, Islam, along with his mother, Amal Khader Musa, was martyred in an Israeli airstrike on their home.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
