Ismael Nael Abu Shaqfa

Ismael Nael Abu Shaqfa, 19 years old.

He wished to complete his university education, to graduate like the rest of the students. One of his biggest dreams was to travel, to see the world and explore it. But the occupation stole these dreams and killed him! People knew him as kind, handsome, and cheerful. He worked as a barber and was happy with his profession. He loved his friend Anwar dearly and had a close bond with his sister Suwar. But he left her alone; the occupation killed him. He used to say, “Take care of Suwar.”

On December 14, 2023.

The occupation killed Ismael, shattered the dreams of his sister Suwar, with whom he used to go on errands and bring her necessities. He played with her, but now there is no one left for her! Ismael used to say during the war, “Who needs anything?” in an attempt to help his family and sister, to be by their side.
