Kanan was martyred, and he dreamt of playing like any other child in Gaza. The occupation killed his dream.
Kanan was martyred on October 29, 2023, in an Israeli airstrike on his home. He was only three years old, just a month away from turning four. Kanan was martyred alongside his mother, and they remained under the rubble for about three months.
