Mahmoud Anwar Abu Shawish, who started a family with twin newborn girls, and co-founded the company “Tawreed,” was a successful entrepreneur. He achieved great accomplishments with his vast dreams that reached the sky. Unfortunately, on October 17th, his brother Ahmed was killed.
On October 30th, 2023, Mahmoud was also killed in an Israeli airstrike.
Today, we bid farewell to a shining star in the sky of innovation and contribution. Our loss is not just a loss of the hope that gave our hearts strength and optimism towards a prosperous future, but it is a loss of a part of ourselves.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
