Martyr: Mohammed Al-Rayess

On World Children’s Day, Mohammed Al-Rayess, the father of the martyred Sila and Suwar, posted in arabic:

Surely, we belong to Allah and to Him shall we return. Allah has tested me with the loss of the most beautiful, precious, and dearest things I possess: My daughter, the martyr, the beloved of my heart, “Suwar Mohammed Al-Rayess”. My daughter, the martyr, the beloved of my heart, “Selina Mohammed Al-Rayess”. May God grant me patience over your separation, my beloveds, and my soul, the most beautiful creation bestowed upon me, the most precious gift I was given, my dearest daughters in the world. The most beautiful children in the whole world, My beloveds, We will meet at God’s place in paradise, my soul and my life, my beloveds, by God, my beloveds.’

The two children, Selina and Suwar Mohammed Al-Rayess, were martyred today in an Israeli bombardment on the city of Hamad in the center of Gaza Strip, on November 20, 2023

إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un

Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
