The martyr nurse, Mohammed Zakaria Al-Muqaid,
He worked as a paramedic with the Union of Health Work Committees, being caring and compassionate towards injured children. He never stopped serving the wounded since the beginning of the war on Gaza. However, when he decided to go home to take a moment of rest, his house was bombed by Israeli warplanes, leading to his martyrdom.
He was martyred with his wife, two children and several member of his family in an Israeli airstrike on their home on October 27, 2023.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
