The martyr Nagham Rafat Abu Shab (3 and a half years old).
Nagham was an incredibly intelligent and much-loved child, far beyond her age. She dreamed of going to kindergarten, memorized all the countries with their flags and capitals, had a deep love for space, asked questions indicating her intelligence, and enjoyed reading stories.
Nagham was martyred along with her mother, Rawan Ahmed Yassin, and her brother in an Israeli airstrike on their home while they were peacefully having tea. Her aunt, grandfather, and five other family members were also martyred on October 11, 2023.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
