Tell me, who will come back to sit by the shore or visit our father’s grave, who passed away last March? We agreed on taking care of our mother, who was devastated by his departure… and we did. Tell me, who did you leave me without a brother, without support, without a pillar, without a back to lean on, without a generation to rely on? After two days of your birthday, you left, along with your children whom I loved as my own friends. You left us with pain, despair, agony, regret, loneliness, darkness, silence, and death. Rami, his wife, and their children Mohammed and Muath were martyred in an Israeli airstrike on their home on January 6, 2024.
