The martyred child, Reem Hudhayfah Lulu (4 years old),
her aunt (Eman Lulu) wrote: “Fly in heaven, my heart’s soul. I can’t believe this. Reem will witness Israel’s deeds on Judgment Day. Farewell, my heart. I always considered her my sister because I’m the only one in my family, and Reem was our family’s first grandchild. I always bought her clothes from Turkey, carefully chosen. Reem is still under the rubble of her home with her father, mother, and grandfather, and no one has rescued them.”
Reem and her family were martyred in an Israeli airstrike on their home on November 13, 2023.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
