Salsabeel Tahir Al-Hasanat, 25 years old

Salsabeel’s nickname is Sela, and she loved this name. Sela is the joy of my heart and my lifelong friend.She was an extremely professional ux/ui designer in her field, very ambitious, pious, pure, loves life and enjoyed it.

Salsabeel was very different during the war, as if she felt that she would leave. Perhaps it was because we performed Umrah together, all of us-me, her, and our friends-in the last Ramadan. That was our biggest dream, and we achieved it together.

Salsabeel was a very cheerful and faithful person. Her spirit was indescribably sweet, extremely humble, committed-the most honest friend and the strongest support. When I felt afraid, she was my comfort. She was everything beautiful in my life, the sweetest blessing, and a reward from God.

Salsabeel and her family refused to evacuate to the south. She said, ‘We want to die in our homes; we won’t leave.’ She, along with her family, was killed on November 2023,20, in their home due to Israeli airstrike.
