Martyr: Samia Shaaban

The martyr, Samia Shaaban:

Samia, the diligent woman with lofty ambitions, the gentle Samia, was an outstanding dentist with a wonderful private clinic where I worked as a secretary.

Married with three children (Zaid, Tamim, and Jad), Samia and her husband were planning to pursue further studies in Germany. Her husband had preceded her to Germany to secure a home and visa procedures.

Their flight was supposed to be on October 24, 2023, the same day an Israeli warplane attacked, killing them, robbing them of all their dreams and aspirations.

Samia, her husband, and their youngest son, Jad, were martyred in an Israeli airstrike on their home on October 24, 2023. Their son Zaid was injured, while Tamim was unharmed, both still waiting for the return of their parents and brother.

إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un

Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
