Tareq al-Ramli 'Abu Ahmad'

Martyr Tareq al-Ramli ‘Abu Ahmad.’

His daughter Hala al-Ramli says:

“He was the security of our home, he was happiness. The house was filled with love in his presence.

His entrance into the house revived my soul. I used to rush to him, kiss his hand. He was my security and the comforting chest. I wouldn’t sleep until he returned home, and we would sit together for dinner.

With my father always present, the door for requests was open, and the sweetest things had no limits. I never forget his words, ‘Ask, and I’m ready. What do you want, my dear? Tell me, and I’ll get it for you.’ He was my hope and my support.

On November 12, I lost my father, and everything vanished from my life because he was the light. I miss hearing the word ‘Dad’ from him.

Everyone else might ignore the sound of the reconnaissance plane, but I hate it because every time I hear it, I remember it’s the one that killed my father.”

Tareq al-Ramli was martyred in an Israeli reconnaissance plane airstrike in Gaza on November 12, 2023.
