The martyr Ya’qoub Al-Barsh
The Executive Director at Namaa Radio, he studied law at Al-Azhar University.
A polite and beloved young man by everyone, he was a pillar of support and assistance to his friends. He was also a father to young children.
Ya’qoub was martyred in an Israeli airstrike on Gaza on November 13, 2023.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
