I am Yousef Mohammed Hameed, 7 years old. I am beautiful, with curly hair. I love life, and everyone loves me. I used to love my studies and asked my grandmother to teach me. My father is a Palestinian doctor working in the radiology department at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, and my mother is Palestinian-Egyptian. I have a sister named Judy and a brother named Hameed. I dream of becoming a doctor like my father to help people. On October 15, 2023, the Israeli occupation decided to kill my dreams.
Yousef was martyred in an Israeli bombing near his home on October 15, 2023.
إِنَّا ِلِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we return.
