Yousri Ayesh Mahmoud Al-Masri

The martyr Yousri Ayesh Mahmoud Al-Masri. Age: 55

Yousri was a prominent union, organizational, and social figure. He started his life as a child in the alleys of Beit Hanoun city and received his education in elementary, preparatory, and secondary schools. He joined the student movement at the time and remained involved in it throughout his academic years. He actively participated in its committees and obtained the following certifications:

Diploma in First Aid from the Red Crescent Society. Diploma in First Aid from the Palestinian Red Crescent. Train-the-Trainer Diploma. He acquired several other diverse courses. Occupation: Ambulance Officer

He worked as an ambulance officer since 1990 at the charitable institution. He witnessed the first intifada in its various forms until the arrival of the Palestinian National Authority. Then we were transferred to the Ministry of Health as ambulance officers. We worked as ambulance drivers in the Ministry of Health, and later we were seconded to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. We attended various courses, including training and activation courses.

Despite all the wars and problems that occurred, we embraced this work because we love it passionately. It serves the Palestinian people, and we continue to be at the forefront of our work despite the Corona pandemic that has affected our steadfast people. We remain committed to our work.

On October 11, 2023,

Yousri was martyred in an Israeli airstrike while he was on duty, transporting the wounded to the hospital.
